RESIDENCY STUDIOS

Collaboration is not only a cornerstone of the Lucas Artists Programs, but was key to the creation of the facilities themselves. Comprised of ten live/work studios and a commons building, the campus was designed by six distinct artist/architect teams who coordinated to build spaces unique to the specific needs of artists.

Lucas Artists Program's live/work studios were funded with generous support from The Valley Foundation: Phillip R. Boyce, Chairman, Ralph Ross, Vice Chairman, Sydney Resnick, Treasurer, Richard Sieve, M.D., Secretary, Herbert Kain, M.D., Edgar G. La Veque, M.D., Michael J. Rubenstein, Walter Silberman, M.D.
