Montalvo requires all professional photographers and schools that wish to shoot on our grounds to obtain a photo permit.
- Photo permits are available with a minimum of 10 days notice from our Event Rentals Department.
- Permits are for a 2-hours use of the grounds for a fee of $200.
- Special rates are available for educational institutions.
- Permits allow access to all grounds and outdoor areas, not Villa interiors or theatre interiors.
- Permits are availble for use Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., based on calendar activity.
- Permits are not available on weekends during wedding season.
- Please respect our wedding clients' privacy and please do not attempt to drop-in on weekends for any photo shoots.
- Contact our Event Rentals Department here to request a permit. We will fax it to you and will need it returned with full payment (check, MC/Visa) one week prior to the shoot date.
